What is Dip Powder?

The Dipping Powder System is a combination of powders and liquids that promises fast and easy salon-beautiful nails and natural nail enhancement. Long lasting results without the need for a UV lamp! 

Dipping Powder can be used on your natural nails as well as artificial tips. Our powders are finely ground to ensure perfectly smooth, even and clean results. 

You can create your own set with your favorite colors from our colorful color palette. Our products are vegan, animal-free and naturally free of harmful chemicals.

How to apply the Dip Powder?

The application of Dip Powder is quick and easy. The combination of different liquids and the powders can conjure up great manicures. The Base Coat together with the Base Powder forms the base and protects the nails. Apply Base Coat and dip into the Base Powder.

Then apply another thin layer of Base Coat and dip into the color powder. This step is repeated, then the nails are cured with the Activator Coat. The Top Coat seals the whole thing and gives your nails the optimal shine. 

The application does not require a UV lamp for curing. Between steps, don't rush and work your way forward nail by nail to get a great result.

How long does the Dip Powder last?

The complex bond between Dip Powder and the liquids prevents chipping and cracking. When used properly, the results can last up to 4+ weeks! Pretty amazing, right?

How can the Dip Powder be removed again?

Dipping Powder is extremely easy to remove.

The Dipping Powder Remover Kit contains 200 moist Remover Pads and 10 Remover Clips.

Procedure: One Remover Pad is needed for each nail. The nails are lightly roughened and then dipped into the opening of the Remover Pads. Then the pads are fixed to the finger with the clips. After a short exposure time of approx. 15-20 minutes, the layers can be removed perfectly.

How do I use my Brush Saver?

The Brush Saver cleans and removes unwanted discoloration or residue from the brushes, which can lead to hardening. 

Simply replace the dirty, sticky or hard brush with that of the Brush Saver. Let the brush of the respective liquid clean for about 1-2 hours and replace it again. 

It is important to dry the brush with a cloth before adding it to the other liquid, so that the liquids do not come into contact with each other.

What ingredients are in the products?

Base Coat: Ethy-2-Cyanoacrylate, Vitamin E Acetate, Calcium Pantothenate

Activator: 2-propanone, ethyl acetate

Top Coat / Matter Top Coat: Ethy-2-Cyanoacrylate, Vitamin E-Acetate, Calcium Pantothenate

Brush Saver: Nitroethane, Hydroquinone

Dip Powder Colors: Polyethylmenthacrylate. Benzoyl peroxide. Vitamin B. May contain glitter or pigment.

Remover Pads: Acetone, Ethanol, Aloe Vera Extract, Nonwoven Fabric.

Why does the brush get hard on my base/top coat?

If Base Coat comes into contact with excess powder, this can cause the brush to harden. 

In addition, the brushes should not be exposed to air for too long and should always be dipped in the liquid after each nail to avoid natural hardening due to air. 

The Top Coat can also harden if the Activator Coat was not able to dry completely during application. 

To avoid this, simply use the Brush Saver! Let the hard brush soak overnight in the Brush Saver and the next day it will be like new again.

The lid on my base/top coat is stuck. What happened?

Base coat and top coat are strong adhesives. You must be careful that they do not get on the neck of the bottle, otherwise the lid will stick shut. 

Proper brushing on the edge of the bottle is very important so that the liquids do not stick shut. 

You should make sure to always brush on the one same side so that the full neck of the bottle is not covered.

You can simply remove any sticking at the edge of the bottle briefly with a remover pad. In the meantime, dip the liquid brush into the Brush Saver so that it does not harden. 

Caution: No liquid from the Remover Pad should get into the respective liquid.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our products usually arrive within 1-4 business days (Saturday, Sunday & holidays are not business days) from order. 

Of course, in exceptional cases (Covid) it may take a little longer, but we are working at full speed to ensure a fast and smooth processing.

When will my order be shipped?

Our logistics center is in Germany. Most orders are shipped within one day. Please also keep in mind that on dates such as Christmas, the post office and of course we have a higher shipping volume than otherwise in the year. 

In such times there are generally much more delays, for which we would like to apologize to you in advance. 

But of course we are working on making everything as smooth as possible for you.

Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and tracking link.

Just click on the tracking number of DHL and you will be taken to the tracking page of DHL.

According to the shipment number, the package was delivered - but it is not! Why?

It has been our experience that some mail carriers forget to leave a "pick-up card" with customers.

In most cases, the item is at your local post office or it was left with a neighbor.

It is best to ask your neighbor or call your local post office. 

If you can't find your order, feel free to email and we'll see what we can do for you!

This is very annoying and we would like to apologize to you very much!

Can I cancel my order?

We work very hard to ensure the fastest possible shipping. 

That is why cancellation is possible only within the first 15 minutes after purchase.

For the reason that we usually process and ship the packages immediately.

I ordered several products, but only one arrived. Why?

We usually pack everything in one package.

However, if any product is missing, please contact our customer support and we will do our best to find a customer-oriented solution.

Why can't I find a certain article anymore?

In our online store you will only find items that we have in stock for you. It can happen that especially popular items are sold out after a short time.

Are there any shipping costs?

From an order value of 80 € the shipping is free of charge for you. 

For each shipment you will receive a tracking number, which allows you to track your shipment in real time.

Under an order value of 80€ we charge a small shipping fee.

Changing the order is only possible if it has not been shipped yet.
