Base Powder is applied before using the Color Powder. Base Powder forms a strong foundation and is applied to the nail bed.
It protects the nail during filing and ensures ideal adhesion of the Color Powder. If necessary, another layer of Base Powder can be applied after applying the Color Powder to strengthen the nail even more and make it more resistant.
