Customer account

General

To set up a Doonails customer account, you must first click on the person icon at the top of the page and then select "Create account". Then fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk. You then confirm this information.

You can view, change or add to your details at any time in your customer account.

You can change most of the information yourself in your customer account. However, this only applies to future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.

Only our Customer Care team can change the delivery addresses for orders that have already been placed - depending on the status of the order, i.e. only as long as the order is not yet being processed.

You may have ordered with a different e-mail address than usual.

We can merge the order with the wrong e-mail address with the correct address for you.

Have you accidentally set up two accounts with us or would you like to delete your account for other reasons?

We think that's a shame, but we'll be happy to delete it for you ❤️

Simply contact us and let us know which e-mail address you used to create an account with us. We will take care of the deletion and then confirm it to you by email.

Please note that we can only delete your account once


  • all outstanding balances have been paid,
  • you have received all refunds due from us,
  • none of your orders are still in transit.


If one of these conditions is not met, we cannot delete your account immediately.

Have you forgotten the password for your customer account?

Simply click on "Forgot password" when you log in. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail with which you can set a new password.

If this doesn't work, you can contact us at any time.
